Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will give you full authority over your email boxes and mailing lists. With this user-friendly interface, you can create a brand new e-mail box in an instant and manage its settings easily. Besides, you can redirect emails from one email mailbox to another, set up email filters, set up autoresponder messages and shield your e-mailboxes against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a given mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtering your incoming email messages on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your mailbox accounts and edit the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming emails from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Simply select the e-mail box account you wish to forward electronic mails from, then choose the destination e-mail box and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the email client of your choice to access your mailbox accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple e-mail box accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
